Because the status of our animals is constantly changing, we recommend that you call the shelter to verify an animal is still available for adoption.
ADOPTION FEES AS OF August 1, 2021 ...
Dogs: $150
Puppies (0-6 months): $200
Senior Dogs (10+ years): $75
Cats: $80 (or 2 for $120)
Kittens (0-6 Months): $120 (or 2 for $160)
Senior Cats (10+ years) or Barn/Feral Cats: $40

1. Click applicable cat or dog form to display for editing...allow form to completely download.

3. Save application to your computer.
4. Submit completed application form to Almost Home via one of the following methods:
